WORKPLACE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
1. SCENARIO
- Planning a large real estate development office
- All new furniture and built-in millwork
- Systems furniture and freestanding furniture
- Planning open area workstations and enclosed space
- Additional shared space including collaboration, focus rooms and open lounge areas
- Goal to provide space options to suit various work styles.
II. BASE BUILDING
The entire floor has the following base building finishes:
- Concrete floors
- Floor to ceiling glazing
- Slab to Slab height: 12’-0”
- Concrete columns
- Base Building washrooms are per base plan
- T-Bar acoustic ceiling grid and new LED Light Fixtures
III. DESIGN CRITERIA
The following criteria have been reequested by the client:
- Planning a large real estate development office
- All new furniture and built-in millwork
- Systems furniture and freestanding furniture
