WORKPLACE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

1. SCENARIO

  • Planning a large real estate development office
  • All new furniture and built-in millwork
  • Systems furniture and freestanding furniture
  • Planning open area workstations and enclosed space 
  • Additional shared space including collaboration, focus rooms and open lounge areas
  • Goal to provide space options to suit various work styles.

II. BASE BUILDING

The entire floor has the following base building finishes:
 
  • Concrete floors 
  • Floor to ceiling glazing 
  • Slab to Slab height: 12’-0” 
  • Concrete columns 
  • Base Building washrooms are per base plan 
  • T-Bar acoustic ceiling grid and new LED Light Fixtures

III. DESIGN CRITERIA

The following criteria have been reequested by the client:
  • Planning a large real estate development office
  • All new furniture and built-in millwork
  • Systems furniture and freestanding furniture
  • Planning open area workstations and enclosed space
